March 27-29th!!

DBCTX is partnering with Sherwood Forest Faire to present ASL and DeafBlind Weekend! All weekend long, ASL Interpreters will be stationed at select shows, and DBCTX will provide Co-Navigators for select periods of the day. During lunch, there will be a scheduled gathering for all participants - it's a DEAFBLIND INVASION!! Join Clan Armadillo for a weekend filled with costumes and festivities!
DeafBlind guests are invited to enjoy a unique schedule of events curated by the Sherwood ASL Program! Visit the guest service table near the festival gates for more information.
Come for a day, come for a night, or come for the weekend!
CAMPING INFO
Rugged camping will be available with Clan Armadillo. Bring your own tent, sleeping bag, and any other necessities. We will post weather updates as we get close so you can plan accordingly.
Camping passes required per person.
Tickets & DISCOUNTS
Tickets for faire entry and camping are offered via the Sherwood Forest Faire's website with an ASL/DB WEEKEND PROMOTION CODE (to be announced).
Online Discount: to be announced.
In Person Discount: BOGO Sundays before noon!
DeafBlind guests: if cost for faire entry or camping supplies is a barrier, please contact Jen! We may have resources for tickets and camping supplies, such as tents and bedding. You will still be responsible for your camp pass.

REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY, MARCH 20th FOR ACCESSIBILITY REQUESTS!!
After that date, you will be responsible for your own co-navigator or other access needs.
***VOLUNTEERS***
Volunteers are needed - please register and select "volunteer" along with the dates you are available, and we will be in touch. Please do not purchase either tickets or camping passes until you have been contacted by DBCTX!
All volunteers are REQUIRED to wear "faire garb" inside the faireground. Details will be included in your acceptance email.
As compensation for your time, energy, and effort, you are eligible for additional faire entry passes! With these passes you can either come back on a different day and enjoy the faire, or give your pass to a friend or family member.
